Blue Star Software has excelled in implementing software solutions for automation and management of storage facilities and warehouses in a setting characterized by the continuous flow of trucks transporting materials. These materials were unloaded and subsequently managed within the warehouse, starting from the acceptance process.
Through a thorough analysis of processes, Blue Star Software introduced an MES (Manufacturing Execution System) as part of industrial automation. Among various implementations, a notable example includes the use of cameras positioned at the facility’s entrance, capturing truck license plates to anticipate and identify cargo contents.
By integrating information collected from these cameras with the warehouse management system, LED lights were strategically installed within the warehouse. These lights outline the optimal path based on cargo, optimizing workflow and ensuring a more efficient and precise material management process.
